Hydration is key to getting the most out of your session, so be sure to drink plenty of water before you arrive. You can bring your own water bottle, take advantage of our free purified water station, or purchase an OLA reusable bottle for convenience.

Upon arrival, a friendly OLA professional will greet you and provide a plush towel. They’ll walk you through the experience, explain all the suite amenities, and ensure you’re fully prepared.

Helpful Tips for Your Visit:

Arrive Early: Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to relax and settle in.

Stay Hydrated: Remember to hydrate before, during, and after your session to enhance your experience.

Dress Comfortably: Since you’ll be sweating, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing, like a bathing suit, for the most enjoyable experience.

Once you step into your personal Sauna room, it’s yours to enjoy for a full 40 minutes. We recommend spending 20-30 minutes in the sauna, followed by a refreshing cold Vitamin C shower to cool down, recharge, and rejuvenate.

Step into our custom-designed traditional sauna and feel the heat as it begins working its magic right away. Whether you want to engage in a conversation with fellow members or enjoy a quiet moment of meditation, the choice is yours. Please be mindful of others and allow space for everyone to relax comfortably.

Sauna temperatures are set between 185-200°F for optimal detoxification

15-minute timers are located on the wall to help guide your session

We recommend staying in the sauna for 15-20 minutes, but always listen to your body

Lockers and changing rooms are available for your convenience

The sauna is co-ed, so we kindly ask everyone to be respectful and considerate
